Our 72 Hour Sleep Retreat is the ultimate antidote to a hectic and stressful lifestyle. Imagine three whole uninterrupted days and nights of yoga, meditation, breathwork, shinrin-yoku (forest bathing in our neighbouring woodland), paddleboarding, hiking up the beautiful Tennyson Down to The Needles, Pilates, a gong bath, cold water therapy, sea swimming and ultimately relaxing, sleeping and resetting. You can hand pick your own agenda, at whatever pace you feel like and do as much or as little as you’d like as Robby and Josie design a fluid timetable of resting your cortisol levels, bringing down your stress and heartbeat and pressing the stop button on your mind for 72 hours. Sleeping in one of our beautiful yurts or teepees under the stars, waking up with a sea view and launching yourself gently into new activities each day with wholesome vegan, vegetarian or locally caught and sourced seafood and meat and as much time as you can handle to unwind this will be the best 72 hours of your year.
